Kompetenz 1a, Service 1a, ist einmal etwas nicht an Lager wird das Medikament so schnell wie möglich aufgetrieben. Auch Hauslieferungen ist möglich und die Bedienung sehr freundlich für mich die beste Apotheke in Basel.

Da möchte man, die alten und abgelaufenen Medikamente fachgerecht entsogen und bekommt die Antwort "Wir nehmen nur Medikamente welche bei uns gekauft wurden" Wie soll ich wissen welche Medis wo gekauft wurde? Geht gar nicht. Eine Apotheke muss aus meiner sicht, alte und abgelaufene Medis zurück nehmen und fachgerecht entsorgen.
